How can I rent a toy?


It's very easy. Just go to our website and:

  1. Select the rental period (8 days or 29 days).
  2. Choose the start and end date of the rental period.
  3. Click on your child's age category.
  4. Choose the toys you want to rent and add them to your cart.
  5. Select to pick up and return the toys at our store, or home delivery options.
  6. Enter your personal data (name, address, mobile) and payment information.
  7. That's it!




How do you clean the toys?


We have strict protocols in place to clean all toys using hypoallergenic eco-friendly soap and sanitizer registered by Health Canada and EPA (Environmental Protection Agency USA). All toys, even if they are new, go through a strict washing and sanitizing protocol. The instructions and the cards that are part of some games are laminated for their correct cleaning.




What types of payment do you accept?


We only accept credit card online payments. This is done when you finish selecting your toys for rent on our website. We do not accept payments in cash, neither accept credit card payments at our store.

All payments must be done using our web page.




When do I have to pay for the toys I want to rent?


Your credit card will be charged the moment you reserve the toys you want to rent.




What's your cancellation policy?


  1. Cancellations made 3 days before the start date of the rental period, will receive a reimbursment of 90%.
  2. Cancellations made 2 days before the start date of the rental period, will not be reimbursed.




Which days can I rent toys?


From Tuesday through Saturday you can pick up and return your toys at our shop (118-2540 Shaughnessy, Port Coquitlam). Below, you can also see on which days we do home deliveries. Keep in mind that our free delivery service is for orders over $30 (before taxes). Tuesday: 10 am - 6:30 pm (delivery service available)
Wednesday: 10 am - 6:30 pm (delivery service available)
Thursday: 11 am - 6:30 pm
Friday: 10 am - 6:30 pm (delivery service available)
Saturday: 10 am - 6:30 pm




Which are the toy rental periods?


You can rent toys for 1-week or 4-week periods. The rental period ends the same day (Tuesday or Friday) you pick up the toy, 1 or 4 weeks later, depending on your choice.

For example, if you want to rent toys for a 4-week period beginning on Tuesday November 1st, you will need to return the toy 4 Tuesdays later, exactly on Tuesday November 29th.




Can I extend my rental period?


We will send you an email 3 or 4 days before your rental period ends. If you want to keep the toys more time you have to do another rent using our web page.




Is there a charge for overdue toys?


Each overdue toy will incure an overdue fee either charged at a weekly or 4 weeks rate depending on the original rent term, plus $ 5 a day charge per toy, until you return it to us for a maximum delay of 3 days. If we do not receive the toy after 3 days, 100% of the retail value of each toy will be charged.




Do I have to pay a damage deposit?


No, but please be aware that in the case of extreme damage, loss of a critical toy part or permanent loss of a valuable toy, a reasonable compensation will be required.




Do you deliver the toys?


Yes, we can deliver the toys at the door of your house or building (if you live in an apartment) for an extra fee of $12 per trip. We also offer a free delivery service is for orders over $30 (before taxes).

Our delivery days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Our business is open from Tuesday to Saturday, in case your prefer to pick up or return the toys at our shop (118-2540 Shaughnessy, Port Coquitlam). When delivering, our staff is not allowed to enter your house or apartment, but we will call to notify you of our arrival.




Which are your toy delivery areas?


We're currently delivering in Burnaby, New Westminster, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows and Guilford (Surrey).




What happens if my child breaks a toy?


If we can fix the broken toy, no penalties will be charged. Rest assured we will always try our best to fix them. However, if the damage is such that the toy is unable to be rented out again, we will assess a reasonable, fair compensation for the loss and notify you.




What happens if I return a toy with a missing piece or pieces?


If the toy is still fully functional despite a missing piece, we can waive that. However, if we need to purchase a new toy to obtain the missing piece or pieces, we will assess the value and notify you of what we need to charge for compensation. Rest assured we will always propose a reasonable, fair compensation.




Do I need to assemble the toys I rent?


On our web site we explain which toys require assembly and we will provide you with the instructions.

Our staff is not allowed to assemble the toys for you.




How do I know how many pieces each toy has?


Each time you rent a toy, we will provide you the number of pieces.




What can I do if I want to rent a toy that you do not have in your inventory?


We will do our best effort to find it so you can rent it. Just send us an email with your specific request, please.




My child wants the toy I rented you, can I buy it?


Our web page will show when we have used toys for sale.




Do some toys require batteries?


Some toys requiere batteries which are included.




Can I see a toy before I rent it?


Yes, you can walk in our store to watch our toys. You won't be allowed to touch them, though, as a health precaution.




How do I redeem coupons?


Coupons can be redeemed as toy rentals when the rent is at least twice the value of the coupon. Coupons have expiration dates. To swap toys for coupons, the toys must be clean and they have to be delivered at our location. We will assign each toy a value, in the form of coupons. We only accept educational toys.
